I don’t use any sinker, the trout will rise if the worm is not on the bottom, it’s a more natural presentation.

If you’re fishing a large school of longnose always take them somewhere else to turn them loose. An addled fish will spook the group when it goes back to them.

Did u rly say "Live to be caught again" ? lol guess that's the #nameofthegame but thx for posting the 1st 2:22 sec of this video before the #infomercial so I could "school" (heh) someone on not just throwing damn fish back in the h20 & wondering why they just float there/and/or die...

Is there something wrong with the audio or is it just me?

Hard to believe it could be this bad in 2024. The presenters sound fine, but the audience is tough to hear.

Mike - we apologize for the audio in some sections of the video. As @flazjsg mentioned, the presenters sound clear, and that's because we had a wireless microphone at the podium to record their talks. We also had a second "shotgun mic" attached to the video camera that was supposed to record audio from the rest of the room on a separate channel, including audience questions during Q&A etc., but that microphone unfortunately malfunctioned and didn't record. So we were left only with the original audio track from the wireless mic at the podium which did not record clearly when anyone spoke away from the podium. We tried to boost and improve the audio in those sections, but it wasn't very successful. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@@vermontfishwildlifedepartm6195 I appreciate the response. I hope that in the future meetings like this would have a livecast option. I think it would go a long way for the citizens you represent that can't make the meeting in person.

@@mikesantos920Normally it is broadcast live like a Zoom meeting. Due to the weather they had to reschedule it this year on short notice.

Yes bullhead hit lightly so you gotta be patient. I just use a float slip rig with no bobber stop and use a weight appropriate for the depth or current.

Would like to see antler restriction removed due to lack of buck sighting . Think going back to spike with at least 3 inch should be up to the hunters.

What is happening with the various tick populations? What is your advice for control? There doesn't seem to be a strong concern for finding other ways and means for supporting the hatchery. Disappointed.

Thanks for this work! I was unable to find the track identification card so I could print it for myself (not an educator, but an adult-onset hunter who likes to look at tracks in the snow and mud). Is there a way to get there that is not obvious?

Here's a very good instructional KZbin video on the use of the Michigan Stinger Dive Bomber. It explains the 4 different sizes available and talks about the depths that can be achieved with each size. kzbin.info/www/bejne/mqHOi5aOhch7apo. You might also want to read this very detailed article on how to use it. It gets into specifics such as trolling speed and the amount of line put out behind the boat. www.michigan-sportsman.com/threads/dive-bombs-history-how-to-fish-depths-and-running-multiples.243623/
