If your phone doesn’t show the build number option, try going to Settings > About phone, and look for something called Version or Software information. Inside, you should find the build number. If it's still not available, some MIUI versions might hide this, so you can enable Developer Options by tapping on MIUI version multiple times. Let me know if this helps!

Play store keep rejecting my app because they said I use SEND_SMS permission in manifest and they ask to be removed in order to be complied with their policy. Hello, I am asking for help. I have created a simple web browser in Kotlin for Android that navigates to my website upon launch. (This part works fine). Further on my website page, there is an input file field where I want to upload a photo from the phone's camera or a picture. However, when I press the "Get Photo" button, nothing happens at all. At the same time, if I use my "browser" to navigate to the Google page and try to do a photo search, everything works fine: the camera starts on the phone and loads into the search engine. The website has an SSL certificate. But even if I use the http protocol when loading on the computer, everything still works. If I go to my site from another browser (also from the phone), then my input field also works, and the photo is uploaded. But when my browser and my site are "together," the "Choose File" button does not respond to clicks at all. Here I cannot find a solution.

Ensure that your app has the necessary permissions to access the camera and external storage. You need to override onShowFileChooser in your WebChromeClient to handle file inputs properly. Ensure that your WebView settings are configured to support file uploads. Make sure that the WebView is using the proper context and is correctly initialized within your activity.
