After you cut the panel with the track saw, you reposition the door and run the router down that edge. What's the purpose of that, and how do you ensure you don't mess with the final dimension you're seeking on the door?
@gregfraser38526 күн бұрын
I run the router down the edge to clean up the little chips from the saw so it is a perfect edge to add the edge tape to. As for the sizing I cut the door to finished size with saw and router takes off amount for edge tape so when I finish the edging I’m back to finish size.

@@kryptik0 yes I need the make the stops in the back bigger for small pieces, most of the time the shelves are held with a vacuum clamp and that works much better

Im glad to see you like it, I really enjoyed designing it and getting the structure built the way I needed to work with my needs and wants. Let me now if I can help you with yours
