My friend and I just bought this game and when we are in the menu we r online, but after inviting my friend to the Party and entering the game, we are offline and cannot play multiplayer

@@Amir-bu4uk hmmm, I'm not really sure then. Sometimes it just takes about 5 minutes or more for the game to show as "online". I would try it again, and just wait ten minutes to see if eventually you can see other people in your server. Mine does that sometimes where I get into a map, and in the top right it says "offline" but it's just taking a long time and eventually I start to see the other players.

they only needed chumming for cats and maybe a few more fish but chumming for crappie bass is ridiculous. This game gets worse for every patch.

Came back to play angler after taking a break and i guess you can’t see the fish anymore even the ones coming towards your bait. Not sure when this happened use to also have prob with like targeting ever bait i tried now there is drum as well eating every bait i try. Seems like the fun factor when backwards imho

Thanks for the great info. I just got the gold bundle about a week ago and I am really enjoying the game. I am level 22 so far. Can you explain the performance differences between ultra/light, medium and heavy strength rods?

To be honest, in all these years I have played, I haven't found much of a noticeable difference. It probably matters most when you are fighting fish that are far heavier than your max line weight.

They are definitely fixed, folks have caught a ton of them. Not sure why you are having such bad luck. If you want to tell me what setup you are using, where and when you are fishing I could maybe help?

World record is 101 pounds. Game is always a little bit over irl anyways with all the gold and diamonds. It kinda what makes it a game .

@@codypatrick349 Yeah, there is no evidence these fish can get above 20lbs. There was one unconfirmed catch from the 1930s that would have maybe been this size. But that was also caught at the time when people didn't realize Siberian Taimen and Sakhalin Taimen were different species.

Another thing that works for me is you can set the rig to reel in at a constant speed, place it in the rod holder, and it continues reeling in at the same speed. If I'm fishing for Arctic Char in Norway, I set one to a spoon reeling constant and the other to a float rig with leeches.

2 things: 1. Reel Speed changes depending on the gear ratio of the reel. A speed of 4 on a 5:1 reel is like a speed of 2 on a 7:1 reel 2. Changing your reel speed as you reel can land you more fish. Start fast (3-4) and slow it down (1-2) as your bait gets closer to you. This will allow the fish a chance to catch up to the bait if it’s moving too fast. It also shortens the average strike distance so you don’t have as much line to reel in when you do land a fish.
