Amazing what they spit out and called a "game" . I came here because I just tried this "game" on fceux emulator, and wanted to see if it was worth it; lol NO. I applaud you for getting further along than I did; this is just a roulette wheel of cheap death with no apparent reward

just plug it in b4 running the game and make sure its the ONLY controller plugged in and you should be good. it even has force feedback supporet which is pretty neat for how old the game is.

My theory is that the cops are under mafia control. I assumed this game took place in a remote area of Russia (some cars have Russian text) and this far out from any real law enforcement the mafia pretty much runs this area.

46:30 There's a certain access mode that doesn't work if those numbers don't match. I forgot what the mode is called, but it has something to do with accessing the RAM more efficiently.

56:30 Re: the headlight violation. If im not mistaken the same thing is included in one of the later 18 Wheels of Steel games. I think it's Convoy. If your lights arent on at 6p, its an automatic ticket

If you mean that you want manual transmission, theres a lil checkbox in the controls option called "AUTOGEAR" i think. uncheck that. ive never replaced engine sounds? theres a sounds options with a slider ti turn it up or down ...
