She sounds kind of racist to me... "errors"??? that is their primary native language/culture which is beautiful.

The Burmese people she references are Karen not Burmese. The Burmese government have been trying to do a genocide to these refugees for hundreds of years. Know your students.

What does work/life balance look like as an ELL teacher? Are you constantly taking work home and preparing lessons/grading papers? Are part-time opportunities available?

The responses to the interview questions couldn't have been better. They strike at the very heart of what it means to be an ESL teacher. Thank you, Taylor and Qynne, for representing our profession so admirably well!

I think the questions could have stayed on the screen a little longer but this is a nice video. It's helpful to see this video for those thinking about this career. Thank you for this.

I think I may have been a student in TESOL courses at UNI with this teacher. Cool! Great info. Watching this as I prepare for an interview for a position as an ELL teacher.
