Johnny, are you preparing for retirement? You seem to be selling everything off.

@JohnnysvintageКүн бұрын
We do not have the left side cover. I'm not sure if these are the right mirrors or reproduction. We'll check on it and let you know.

Had a 79, which was pretty much identical even down to the Kerker header. I removed the baffle so if I ever saw a cop I would stick the front of my boot in the pipe until I got passed.😊I also added a Gerex electronic ignition to get rid of the points. Thanks for the video.

glenpiller9417, we never checked the valves; however the bike runs great. Perhaps we can look into it.

How come you have all these Z650's? This must be the third or fourth one you've shown for sale....One of these would be perfect for my needs, but I live in New Zealand. They're a great 'getaround' for daily use. Did the other ones sell and what sort of price for a daily rider?
@Johnnysvintage5 күн бұрын
I've collected many Kawasakis over the years. After 40 years in business, we are thinning out the herd, as we will never be able to ride them all. All that we have offered have sold. This one we are speaking of is $2500.

My first bike was a 1976 XS650. After I wrapped it around an Oldsmobile I got another, & bought my bent one from the junkyard. Only the front end was messed up, besides the plastic. I went to Harleys after, but I wish I hadn't. My Yamaha didn't pee everywhere it parked and I am blown away by all the variations of customizing that went into that fantastic bike. We boys miss our toys.

Where or how do we polish our side covers and head covers
@Johnnysvintage13 күн бұрын
Ben, that's a service we do offer here at the shop. We would prefer your gasket surfaces to be clean; if not we offer that service also. We vapor blast the inside of all of the covers for that perfect like-new look. Probably 2-3 weeks turnaround once we get the parts. If interested, please give us a call.

Jonny, thanks for this video I purchased this Honda from you a few years back. I've added a clear windshield, seat cover, fork seals, and removed the trunk extender and moved it forward. It is still running well, and is in low mileage stock condition.

Beatiful job! I had a 77 KZ. Paid $2600 in Tacoma, WA. Same type K&N filters with Kerker exhaust. I painted mine a midnight blue that had a silver metalic base. Your color looks a little more luminescent. Nice. I love that the chrome rear fender is gone. Gives the bike a better balance, it's more sleek. Thanks for all your rebuilds. Great work.

Johnnie' all I can say is shift your family and business to Australia and I would be knocking on your door ! I imported a KZ1000 from California a number of years ago and would love the work that Hilo, Kenny, and yourself do to my bike. The level of detail is extraordinary to say the least! I unfortunately can't locate S100 in Australia. Hat of to you guys for the enormous effort and care that you put into our bikes ❤
