Very good video, why is this wood strip necessary? Can the sound board be glued directly to the body?

It ìs directly glued to the body. The strip is added as protection and decoration.

50x36x18 cm, 58.5cm length of strings. The strings are a combination of pyramid carbon strings and wound strings.
