Yes you can. I am not sure what is the ratio. How many grams per liter. The rule is, foliar spray you need to bring down the pH to 6.5.

Twice a month of foliar urea. Lower the pH to 6.5. Dissolve urea in 16 liters of water. Then mix 30ml of vinegar. I am not sure how much water you have but achieve pH of 6.5. I also put a handful of fertilizer pellet per week alternate with urea.

@@soumareoumar1631 for livestock grass, you may try gibberellic acid. Foliar spray too. Not sure if you can buy it in your place. Mixing it with water, better ask the farm store you will buy it.

Sorry for the delay. I just logged in today. Potted citrus or even calamansi is fine. I have mandarin on 50 liter plastic pot. I converted the laundry plastic container into plant pot. I just put holes in the bottom. Ofcourse, there is limitation if the tree is planted in a pot (will not become a 7foot tree). But if you provide good fertiliser it will give you lots of fruits. Sprinkle a table spoon of urea every 2 weeks, 1 table spoon of citrus slow release every month. Table spoon of phosporous every month. I think your tree will be in good shape.

Sorry for the delay, I just now checked my channel. I just uploaded the outcome of foliar spray on your request. When its blooming do not do any foliar spray. Twice a month I just sprayed organic pesticide or insecticide no oil or fertilizer. All fertilizer are all ground application or sprinkle it around the plants.

I haven't tried 10 grams per liter. The best is you tried 5 grams in half liter or smaller ratio. Then spray it parts of your plant. In 3 days you will see if the leaves are affected. Reminder do not spray when the sun is hot. Early morning and cool afternoon is the best time. Remember there are plants that are sensitive to foliar spray specially when its blooming. You might kill the flowers... Dont do foliar spray on orchids, urea is not the right fertilizer.
