instead of signatures we should normalize stamps. they are consistent across all your documents. and can be identified if falsified or if hand written.

I went on a walking tour in Japan, and when we were on the very old pilgrimage trails there were stamps at all the stops and waystations. I don't know if they were meant for kids or what, but I used them on the spare pages of my passport (I didn't know you weren't supposed to do that!) and I still have it. Beautiful things!

Love it as always! Hope to journal more during a trip. How did you like using the M5 vs dji pocket 3 during travels? I recently came back from my travels and struggle taking video using my dji action pro 5 and taking photos using my fujix100v. Wondering if having the M5 is good to have so I’d use just one camera. Thx

I was just using a kit lens on the Fuji M5, so I can’t say much about it until I get a prime lens for it. My main photography camera is a Sony, and I usually shoot with prime lenses. This video is my first time using and sharing footage from the m5-what do you think? I didn’t bring the DJI Pocket on this trip.

My trouble is that I need or want to print lots of photos to add to the travel journal. So as I travel and add to my journal, I had to guess who much space I need to leave for photos. Coz I come back and print them...and it frustrates me when I don't have enough space.... sigh.

I take a piece of card with me (the size of the photos I print) and then draw round in pencil where I want to put a photo. If I end up not having a photo for that space I write something or doodle.

I do tip-ins when I run out of space for the photos. Just attach the photo with a piece of washi tape on one side so that you can tip it over and write underneath.

@Sydney7768 yessss I did this during my recent trip to Thailand but never ended up using it coz I was too busy and the amount of photos I saved to print was too much ... I'm working on the travel journal now by printing off photos and writing things down. But I put all the junk I collected into the travel journal. I thought, I need to learn to deal with the unplanned

Love the Q&A on your travel journal. Japan provides a lot of packaging stickers, pamphlets and sooo many different stations not just Eki stamps. They even have b-side stickers with many different artist submissions. I was curious on your scissors, glue and paint options. Happy it was covered in this video. I love your style!😊 depends on the country, I didn’t get very many from the Philippines. Not many street vendors do personalised advertisements. Have you considers a photo printer to add to the journaling?
