to echo nearly every other comment: this mix was EVERYthing to me during the summer of 2000 in Australia. and it stayed in rotation since then for every summer since. so many great memories, beach cruises, blunts, beers and good times wrapped up in the warmth of this mix. Mauricio gave us an all-time great in the house pantheon with this one.

I feel like there is alot of abstraction going on around how she talks about "just for defending her friend" and a real dearth of taking accountability for how or why she 'defended her friend'. I know for me as a trans person, both Keffals and Vaush completely lost me when they started bringing up the trans community and saying it was ethan that brought us up. like, this had nothing to do with the trans community at all. it was a cis dude being weird, not a trans person.

Keffals is a master manipulator for those who've never experienced being manipulated in their lives. While she makes sure to use very little make up, to talk in a serious tone and say she's here to talk everything out, she casually pulls up Jessie Gender's video, links it to make sure her fans go harrasss her and is successful in doing so. She did this in her James video, and the ridiculous part is she is calling out harassment while actively making sure other trans creators get harassed.
