The way you described those units, brought back a memory from the early 1980s. I was a box boy for fatman sound and one of my older school friends was in a sound also, and he use to put fatman at the top of the list for sound systems with quality. and I asked him what was the thing that made the sound number one for him, and he said without thinking about it. IT was the lack of distortion when they played. fatman would never over drive his sound even in a cup clash

Greetings Simple Tings, back in the 1980s i had a very good sounding sansui amp the one with midrange on it. i didn't know much about wiring up and i got wires crossed and blow it and could not fix it either.

were i was living before, i had a wonderful sounding house mono sound system with 12" boxes it was fantastic. would of really liked to wire that bit of kit into it some how. now i am using a AV amp for the house, there are not bad once you use a mixer to ease it's loads a bit.?

Nuff respect. Just wondering how this is now a 2 way setup. All 4 frequency bands are joint together when coming out the mixer to the amps? So the bass amp and mid top amp are getting the whole range of frequencies or have a missed something here. Bless up. Interesting

respect for watching Fari..basically,,take tops,,mids and bass into individual channels and send each band section channel through to left and right master outputs,,therefore,,moulding the 3 signals together via the mixer..send the sub section to it's own channel in the mixer and send that channel signal out through the aux channel so independant control and no interference or mixing with any signals above 75hz..using this config,,u can now run tings 2 way,,3 way and 4 way through the mixer depending on mixer and how many individual outputs u have..you can try this config with any standard crossover,,BUT,,your xover will no longer be the final piece in the chain..bless up

yo Gaz..models are still being made to order but things have slowed down atm due to circumstances..hopefully,,within the next 4 to 6 weeks,,we'll be up and running at full speed again..bless up

Why not have switch down on back of eq and take sub output and plug into one of the inputs of the bass eq? Save using a third unit to filter out below 125hz

bless up for watching Iain..simple answer..by having the switch down,,you will be sending 80hz down signal to the bass pre..you can do this but when you do it this way,,you totally sacrifice the kick//upper bass section of the bass pre..so basically making it a sub pre..bless up

im seriously thinking about getting two of the k30s and the k420 they do to run sub on the k30s and kick/bass on the k420 4 channel 4 ohm across the board thanks for taking the time to post this it cleared some of the things ive heard up seems they are worth a try 🙂 thanks again for this review

hello..why do you say that??do you have bench tests to prove different..yes,,the numbers are taken at 1khz so for bass frequencies,,you're probably looking at 2200 to 2400 rms..the numbers stated are not PEAK..bless up

Is the amp suitable to run the high mid and low mid section of a line array speaker? Or is it dedicated to low and sub section only? Btw, great video

yo Christian..i found the k1600 to be both very clean and solid on bass and reproduce clean and clear mids and highs so depending on drivers,,would do a good job on a line array..i can only speak for the k series amps..as for the upgraded amps,,mmm..hearing different stories..bless up

very similar tone wise although i would say,,the elements has more oomph..the Elements holds and pushes the real low tones better than the Admark..both play smooth,,round and deep..would come down to drivers and personal choice

yo satyasteed..the Elements k1600 has a lovely transformer sound to it..for high power drivers,,the Elements CK26 is a tough amp..hard hitting..sweet tone..next would be the Admark K Series then the CVR..yet to try the Admark AD Series but apparently,,supposed to have better cooling system so they work more effectively..also,,they've now added a few dsp amps..really,,all depends on what u want your sound to do..personal preference..bless up

Wouldn’t that amp chip out your circuit breaker? Looking at getting a power amp for bass for a home setup been looking at a t602 from Powersoft

hey Jas..thanks for watching..i use a 16 amp distro as standard in uk...to chip out the breaker on that,,i'll would have to be pushing it hard hard and fully loaded and if i am playing my system like that,,i would plug it into a 32amp single phase distro..bless up

yo ep7..thanks for watching..imo,,both amps are clean and clear and strong but the CVR does not sustain low sub notes as well as the Admark..How you like to play your system is also key but i do prefer the Admark..bless up

yo ssprings..thanks for watching..any driver between 800 to 1000 watts rms should have no problems with this amp..pd,,b&c,,fane,,18 sound,,celestion and other drivers will work fine..which driver is best for you will be down to you depending on what type of sound you're after..bless up

yo hezekiahcharles6754,,thanks for watching..haven't tried the amp in bridge yet..nuff power in stereo..there are dip switches on the back of the amp to switch from stereo to bridge mode..if you do buy one of these amps and use it in bridge,,make sure you're using high power drivers of at least 1500 to 2000 plus rms otherwise it just would not be worth stressing the amp out..if you need more power,,i'd suggest purchasing one of the stronger 4 channel AD series or 2 two channel stronger amps to do the job..i personally don't do bridge mode at all unless a situation comes and i have to..bless up

About light flicker.. even if we dont know what cause it. Somtime rf signal from cell phone does that.. i had similar problem wit band set up when musician have certain equipment

Hi, friend. very good video. I have listened to it completely. I currently have jbl srx728 series basses which is a double 18 bass that gives about 1600rms at 4ohn. I have 4 of these basses for a total component of 18 inches. What admark amplifier can you recommend for that type of bass? thank you

hi angel..the k416,,the one i am reviewing in the video will do,,but,,to give yourself enough sufficient headroom,,the k420 is the one you want..i have played on the jbls..good speakers..the admark will give you a nice round tone..if you want more brutallity,,the admark ad series are aimed at more the brutal push..bless up

yo Ricky..thanks for watching..the admark and morin and zone phactor amps are all the same..build quality wise,,internally is decently put together and the external build quality is solid..myself,,after testing a few and trying certain ones on specific frequencies to double check sound quality,,yes,,i would recommend buying one or 2..bless up

yo Bajanman..haven't had them models in my hands so can't really comment..from what i've been told,,strong amps with good bass tone but doesn't really reproduce mid high signals as cleanly as the less powerful k series of theirs so i'm pressuming that the ad42 and ad442 are made with bass duty being the main factor..bless up
