I've done this type of card before with Memento and it works, but the blues can get a little bit "muddy" since the blending brushes will pick up the Memento ink. It doesn't smear terribly, it just makes the blended ink a little darker. :) And there is a StazOn Cleaner that removes the ink from your stamps too!

@ I was wondering how it might work with Memento if I did the background first and then stamped the trees with Memento on top of the background I created. I worry about StazOn ruining my stamps. I’ve heard so many negative things about it.

You can definitely do the background first and then stamp over it. Whatever works best for you! :)
