I have the same one and now I have a problem with it because it doesn't want to charge it has 50% and I can drain it but not charge it when I plug in a 45 watt charger it starts charging with 30 and drops down to 0 how can I fix it

I'm confused, why the battery pack reports 6400mAh if the powerbank itself is 38,400mAh? Is that because of the different voltage used for calculations? So the mAh capacity for the battery pack is calculated from the 22.2V but the powerbank one is calculated from 3.7V?

The flickering is quite distracting to me. (PS: I understand it's due to the recording, but for a commercial, I would employ the appropriate camera technology to eliminate any flickering.)

I have owned 5 of your high end omni charge products so I must be your best customer (none of the mobile series). Only one died on me. The only thing that I consistently think could be improved with the omni chargers is moving to LiFePO4 batties as you have with the off grid. Why? This solves one of the biggest reasons not to buy from omni, the price; if you take your $200 power bank from 500 charge cycles to 3000 charge cycles, you increase the value proposition considerably and make the decision for consumers to part with $200 so much easier to justify as the life of the product increases x6 and therefore so does the value. This is a big factor as these days you can buy great power banks for $20. Using non premium cells in your products at the prices they cost is not acceptable.

Can it be charged at the same time with 2 separate USB-C devices? Also, can the extended battery pack be charged via USB-C?

So this video tells me about so many devices I can charge with electrical power, but this is actually nothing new to anyone. What would have been really interesting are facts and figures. Not a single word about how long this thing is gonna work during one cycle if you do this or that with it. Big video fail, guys.

Good idea in principle but the execution is lacking. You can grab a device and activate it with the App. However there is no lock that retains the devices in the power bank, and no way to confirm it's returned. There is no receipt. So if you return the device and someone else picks it up, you're paying $20 a day up to $300. So, if you don't mind paying $300 for a charge, great idea! PS. No customer support telephone number. You can be standing right at the power bank looking at the device you've returned and there's no way to get anyone to confirm it's there.

Well they look cool. But selling at in high cost. But unfortunately do have my own power bank that is a little bigger then this one. But without any features that this one as. But will be standing clear away from this station. Because, will have to download the app and turn in my Gmail address and enter in 1 time password and now does that seem a little power usage suspicious now my friends. ( Nah jk and yes if I was owner of these kinds of batteries would maybe be limit too 1 use per working group maybe depending on if those batteries charge fast or not ) But yea will rather use a solar battery generator in the center of the room of a classroom. But this one is too limit the bulkiness now pretty much and also get only 10 of them for each 3 to 5 groups depending on smarphone screen, battery size and usage. ( Also note that most gaming laptops will might kill a few of them in about minutes if in very heavy use take in Alienware laptop for example ) But anyway still pretty cool though.

I have some of your older products, like the OmniCharge 20s. A couple of them have gone bad. The battery literally died and the entire unit is garbage. With Tesla mentioning a major source of Lithium and other precious metals coming from Recycling, doesn't it make sense that you use commodity cells or at least removable cells in your main unit to set yourself apart from other companies like Ecoflow, Jackery, and Bluetti? I'm going to be honest, the Bluetti AC200 looks like a better unit since it can support 700W of solar. Your unit, if there's a problem w/ the batteries after the warranty expires, I'm going to be stuck with a brick. Other people are going to be stuck with a brick too. I think it would be best is if you had a head unit with removable cells like the Omnicharge Ultimate. It would be even better if we could use an existing 12v Lithium Iron Phosphate battery, like the ones that William Prowse talks about. I don't see the Omnicharge Off Grid being environmentally friendly. At least a gas generator, though loud, is mostly recyclable since it's metal and hard plastic vs these batteries with heavy metal that can pollute our environment.
