Grouping is an awful feature. Confusing as hell. Everything about it. Has been the root cause of a significant amount of very unneeded stress and problems whist trying to gather emails for a courtcase. Hard to explain fully, but it played a major role in making me miss some very important ones until last night, when I finally turned it off and could see properly and clearly!
