Nope. Won't work for 98% of humans. Humans need a "why." Stoicism doesn't have a why. When stoics encountered Christianity, all of them switched to Christianity. The answer is Godliness.

This is true. Thanks for sharing. This channel serves to encourage people to embrace principles that support mitigating stress. There are many similarities between Christianity and Stoic Philosophy. If many people start with “Why” they could potentially find the root of many problems in their lives.

Dealing with mean and stubborn people can be quite challenging, and it's understandable to feel overwhelmed in such situations. Building resilience in the face of negativity requires both emotional strength and a compassionate perspective. Here are some gentle strategies to help you navigate these interactions while maintaining your well-being: 1. **Practice Self-Compassion**: Remind yourself that it’s okay to feel hurt or frustrated. Acknowledge your feelings without judgment, and give yourself permission to feel what you’re feeling. 2. **Set Boundaries**: It’s important to protect your emotional space. Setting clear boundaries can help you manage interactions with difficult individuals. Communicate your limits kindly but firmly, and don’t be afraid to distance yourself if necessary. 3. **Seek to Understand**: Often, mean behavior stems from personal struggles or insecurities. Trying to understand their perspective doesn’t mean you have to accept their behavior, but it can foster empathy and reduce your emotional burden. 4. **Focus on What You Can Control**: You can’t change how others behave, but you can control your reactions. Focus on responding with kindness and calmness, even when faced with negativity. Your composure can be a source of strength. 5. **Practice Mindfulness**: Engaging in mindfulness practices can help you stay grounded in the present moment. Techniques like deep breathing or meditation can reduce stress and help you respond more thoughtfully to challenging interactions. 6. **Seek Support**: Surround yourself with supportive friends or family who uplift you. Sharing your experiences with others can provide comfort and perspective, reminding you that you’re not alone. 7. **Reflect on Your Values**: Remember what truly matters to you. Staying true to your values can help you navigate difficult situations with integrity and resilience. 8. **Embrace Growth**: View these experiences as opportunities for personal growth. Each interaction with a difficult person can teach you something about yourself and your coping strategies. 9. **Practice Gratitude**: Focusing on the positive aspects of your life can shift your perspective. Gratitude can help you cultivate resilience by reminding you of the good around you, even in tough times. 10. **Consider Professional Help**: If interactions with mean people are significantly impacting your mental health, consider speaking with a therapist or counselor. They can provide tools and strategies tailored to your situation. Remember, it’s okay to prioritize your own well-being. By cultivating resilience and empathy, you can navigate these relationships with grace and protect your inner peace. I will make a video on this soon. Blessings!

Do drs tell you you had a NDE? I almost died after my Dr didn't believe my pain was real after surgery and just left me suffering overnight until the rounds dr came in, took my vitals and rushed me into surgery. The priest bledmssed me too. I thought I was going to die even before the surgery. I canceled once, he said if I did it again he wouldn't do it. That was the time I went against all my intuition, it was so strong. I'm just learning to trust my feelings again. That was 2000. I spent until 2016 trying to survive and treat my pain any way I could until I found the tea in my name. Now im able to work on myself, fix myself 🙂
