@zarrysgf4556 for some reason they started off by asking me if i was ever incarcerated 😭😭 but they asked me basics like if i have a drivers license or ID (bring it!!!), what i know about the company (SAY THAT U KNOW THAT THEY MAKE ICE CREAM FRESH IN HOUSE!!! I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT 😭😭) and they want to know a little about yourself and how you would handle certain scenarios like unhappy or aggressive customers. strangely, i never got asked for my resume but it might be different at other places haha. @zarrysgf4556 no, when they were asking me about how i dealt with customers, i did mention how i have thick skin when it comes to jabs that people might say to me on the spot. That might count as a strength. sprinkle anything that might be a weakness or strength throughout your answers :]

I was in the same situation a year ago, applied and took a while to hear back, as long as you continue calling and going into the store showing your interest and asking for updates, they’ll consider you. Been working there for 10 months now!

My best advice for applying to any job like cold stone is to apply in person, take the time to sit down and fill out the application. Applying online is okay, but also take the time to show up in person and introduce yourself. Let them know you have an interest in working there. I will say be hesitant to just call and ask for updates. Usually, I’m too busy to stop what I’m doing and go pull up an application. Instead of saying, “I wanted to check on the status of my application” say, “I applied recently and wanted to introduce myself. I could stop by later if you have time.”

TYSM!! 🥰 firstly, good luck!! All stores can be very different from each other, but it’s safe to say we all like people who are outgoing, energetic, friendly, & not afraid to work hard! I take pride in my crew’s customer service. Unmotivated people don’t last very long at our store. As far as questions are concerned…. We don’t stick to a script, so I’m not sure what another store would ask. I hope you get the job! With the right crew, it can be a seriously awesome experience!! 😁🤞🏼

@@Ritsukaberry It’s pretty cool honestly, it’s not so much a coporate one, so I’m just helping out, but it’s really a team that run it. It’s kinda cool. I know my place and love it, just helping out to the best of my ability while they run the show

Wearing gloves isn't a requirement. We regularly wash our hands and don't actually touch any food. What we do wear gloves for is any task that requires touching food such as making waffle cones, prepping mix-ins, making cakes, etc.

Around the time of my last video, we had a lot of new crew member (who I train) and business was very hectic. After that, I kinda got out of the habit of setting up my camera. Hopefully, I will make some more videos in the new year. 😊
