Does the reverse work ? For eg,, the child sheet is updated and does the update reflect on the master ?

I followed your instructions and everything worked until the other person edited and everything disappeared on the child sheet. The master sheet was not affected. I am getting an error message that says "#REF! Error result was not expanded, because it would overwrite data in C2". What do you suggest I need to do? Your help is greatly appreciated.

We use Camtasia to record our videos! It's nice for iPad videos since Camtasia allows you to record the iPad screen while being connected to the computer.

Why is it that the only option is to choose from your camera roll? Why is there not an option to choose from folders or files??. This literally makes no sense. I have 6000 videos I want to choose from, and it actually expects me to scroll three at a time? I must be missing something. if this is how it is, it's the worst uploading options ever in the history of uploading options.

We don't suggest using it to just lock iPads. We hope educators use it for transitioning times in the classrooms, getting everyone on task, and helping students navigate.

So many questions about the same problem! What you DIDN'T say is that on the iPad you need to give access to Photos to the KZbin app. This is in Settings on the iPad. Take this video down, it's really annoying.

Microsoft translator is not paid. I wonder why it looks different 🤔 I recorded the video on an iPad so my only thought is it looks different for different operating systems.

Does this take place of Apple Classroom? Also if I add Seesaw as an app they can you and the lesson on Seesaw uses an embedded link... do I have to then allow Chrome or Safari to run as well? Thanks!

I wouldn't necessarily say it take the place of Classroom as Classroom is great to be able to see student screens, however, it definitely up's the management a bit. Yes, great question. If you have links that students need to access within Seesaw, you would need to allow for Seesaw and Safari.

Great video explanation! I am an educational audiologist and I recommend captioning of Google Slides all the time but I only thought that it was available for slides with content. In your video, you pulled up a blank slide with cc and stated that there was nothing from blocking you from writing! Do you mean that a teacher could project a blank slide and then just use that slide as her 'whiteboard'? If that is accurate then that is GENIUS!!!!! Can you please confirm? THANK YOU!

I do mean that! It's a tech hack!! If you have powerpoint they have translated captions so you can do that same thing but the captions would be translated! Google needs to up their game!

On the module, click the three-dot menu and then click Edit. One of the options is to have students move through the assignments sequentially.

This is a very old video - the camera button was replaced with a plus (+) button.

You can end an active quiz by clicking the “End quiz” button, which will change it to a past quiz. Students who are still working on their quiz when you hit the “End quiz” button will have their quizzes automatically submitted.

Try mirroring KZbin through the browser instead. Updating Air Server also might fix this issue.

On the top of the students menu under "Learning" have them click "Quizzes". As long as the quiz is active the students will see the quiz and they can click start. They can only access quizzes on the website not the App.

I recently purchased a year membership to IXL for my three kids, it's a family plan and I would like access to the same data a teacher would have, as I work with my children at home in areas where they're having trouble. Is there a parent portal, where I can monitor their progress?

How do you edit the quiz after you have already published it? For example, I need to add a student to an already published quiz.

Unfortunately, after publishing, you cannot edit. Instead, you'll want to select the three dots, and make a copy of your quiz. Then you can assign to just that student.

I only see one of my students pinned on skill plans. How do I put everyone on skill plans?

If your student does not have a skill plan, scroll to the bottom of the Skill Plan page, to the section titled 'Test prep and assessment skill plans'. Hover over NWEA MAP Growth and select 'Create study plans for students'. From here, you can create a NWEA skill plan for any student in your class.

Thanks but the circling cursor trick is VERY irritating (and i can imagine it inducing a vertigo in some who are visually very sensitive). Please find another way to highlight the on-screen elements you're focussing on. Thanks again.

Yeah, when we made the video, there wasn't a good way to indicate where to look. Some of the recent updates have made it better. Sorry that it's distracting.
