Nick Spinelli made a very good video explaining this, in my opinion. You have basically 3 types of people. 1) These people just love to move and dance when they hear music. 2) These people are casual listeners and will dance if they are persuaded or if they see other people dancing and then group 3) These people will not dance no matter what you do or play. So it sounds like you just had a bunch of people there from group 3. It happens to ALL of us at some point no matter how good of a DJ we are. When that happens to me, I just let it go and try not to let it bother me mentally. Just keep playing music because that's what you're getting paid to do. You can not force people to dance and we as djs must come to terms with that fact.
@saentertainmentdjsammyj5 ай бұрын
I’ll have to check out that video. I definitely was dealing with group 3. I stayed positive, just kept trying different things to get them there for my client. Thanks for the comment!

Quinces are definitely more work than weddings and sooooo much MCing is involved. Also majority of the time the timeline is not followed and gets jumped around but that’s what makes us professionals be able to adapt to the unexpected and still rick the parties!!! Nice job bro! 👍🏼

Thats a clean and nice setup for ceremonies!! That cord that can power your mic is especially cool! Btw, I am pretty sure your Shure BLX system does have auto scan on it! You just have to auto scan and then manually set the mics to the channel that the receiver found!

I need a Facade DJ Table. Carrying around a separate facade, 6ft table and controller case isn't effecient for a Mobile DJ. I've been looking at the Rockville XL, ADJ and ProX.
