you can, just play non multiplayer games and your good, try to not be conncected to the internet, and if you get banned by some motive just create a new account and keep playing, theres no problem w that

exFAT should actually work, if not it would be sad considering the price of the flash card. FAT32 is more compatible but also has the disadvantage that it only supports files up to a maximum of 4GB. exFAT is unlimited in this respect

Yes and No, if u use a mig to play games tht u downloaded from the internet and then u play those with ur wifi active or by playing online, you'll get banned when the servers detect 2 or more ppl playing with the same copy at the same time, or just by simply having a copied game with an internal certificate thats already been black listed from the first thing happening, but, if u use a mig to make copies of ur own games and u, and only u, have the copies and the original, then everything is fine, u wont get banned no matter what (at least, thts wht I know, look for more info if u can)

@ you can find them on a lot of sites under Mig Switch games - just search for Nintendo switch Roms and you’ll find it on the first page of Google - there are a ton of them. Airplane mode on!

Did you get ban? As far as I remember, it doesn't matter if you'll be using it offline nor in airplane mode 'cause switch makes logs and automaticly sends them to nintendo's servers.

@Doom_YXZ No you won’t get a ban. I haven’t and I use Nintendo online. The moment you remove the cartridge the only data that remains on the console is save data. As soon as I want to go legit I take out the cartridge and put in a real one and then turn off airplane mode.
