That's true, but that's one of the reasons why WhatsApp has become so popular as a means of communication. Do you think it's the portal's responsibility to therefore educate their client base on what numbers agencies might be ringing from, or could the agency get a virtual UK landine to call from?

Valid point! I do agree that with some portals out there, the account manager changes alot more often than it should, and some of them don't even tell you about it! A monthly call, even if just to check in on the client could mean the difference between renewing or not.

Many thanks for your question, unfortunately we recorded the next episode before seeing this comment - however, I'm more than happy to answer your question here: It would depend on the system you were using to send the XML feed out to the portals, and it would depend on the format - however - from a Property Portal Marketing perspective, it is something that can be done, yes. For example you may want to have an RM on the end of the refs for Rightmove, AP for APITS and so on...
