You have no idea how much Omega Flowey was nerfed in this fight. Literally, Omega Flowey has 9999 in all stats, and it's still impossible for the player to defeat him without the help of the souls, unlike Sans, who has already lost before. Additionally, canonically, Omega Flowey is the only entity that has actually managed to kill the player, since it's not determination that keeps you alive, but the flower itself, which wants to see you suffer and revives you. There is a phrase that confirms this: after you die and return to him, Omega Flowey says: **"Did you really think I would be satisfied by killing you just once?"** And just when you think you've finally defeated him, he unleashes a one-hit kill attack And it's still different from the Sans fight where we can only reach level 19 in the fight against Flower we can get there for 50 if we want

Flowery hasn't got to the vault, Asgore has the six humans souls locked away. Given Asgore wis alive in htw animation, Flowery can't have them.
