Dòng này đơn giản dễ thương, gọn nhẹ phù hợp với chế cháo đồ nhỏ gia đình. Khuyết điểm là độ chính xác không cao lắm + động cơ trục chính có chổi than. Nếu sau này động cơ hư thì chú cứ thay bằng động cơ bãi Nhật 3p 200v điều tốc bằng biến tần cũng tiện. Tầm mini cỡ này thì động cơ 4 pole 400~750w là thoải mái sử dụng rồi ( thay lại tỉ số puly răng cho đúng tốc độ là việc)

@@yennguyendiy5130 Trong tầm vọc vạch chế cháo thì con máy này đảm bảo vô tư rồi đó chú, chủ yếu con động cơ chổi than khá dở thôi. Có gì sau này cần thì làm cái mặt bích thay con động cơ khác cũng nhanh thôi. Tầm công suất đó thì tìm hàng bãi cái biến tần tầm 600 ngàn~1tr. Động cơ tầm 600~800k nữa là ổn rồi. Cháu cũng có cái xưởng gò hàn mini và góc tiện phay chế cháo dụng cụ, cũng hay sửa máy móc cho anh em ạ :D

Cảm ơn bạn! thật ra tôi cũng muốn giúp lắm, nhưng rất khó vì tôi không có một chút kiến thức gì về điện cả, chỉ xem nhiều trên youtube học hỏi từ đó bạn ạ! còn máy này làm đủ công xuất cho máy cưa mình thôi, muốn công lớn tăng lên thêm cụt biến áp nữa, khuyên bạn nên tìm biến áp máy hàn que (cơ) ở những nơi thu mua phế liệu thường có bạn ạ! Máy này có thể cải tiến để hàn được lưỡi 2,5cm. Với lưỡi 1,5cm. Với độ giày là 1mm không bác , Có thể làm thêm bộ chỉnh điện cho nó không để tăng giảm điện , rất mong bác trả lời ạ

Damn, that is one adorable little lathe, and skookum while at it... A really lovely machine and one that could be sorted and maintained indefinitely with some good practices and turcite and similar restomods... Quite lovely indeed... Somewhat similar to Ames and Moseley precision watchmakers lathes, but much more robust...

I purchased a box of 1 x 42 inch sanding belts at an auction for a couple of dollars. Apparently, they were pretty old because every one of them began breaking at the seam when I tried to use them. I tried every glue I had attempting to repair them. Nothing worked. Finally, I stuck a 1 x 6 inch strip of duct tape across the seam on the back of the belt, laid it on a marble slab that I have on my work bench and used a roller to make sure the seal was good. It worked like a charm.

Great build. I only have one objection though, with so many amps and a metal housing wouldn't it be a good idea to add a ground wire to the housing?
