Thanks for the tutorial. Pls mine brings out white particles after using for a while with Teflon. Is it normal?
@AnthizoDesigns3 күн бұрын
I've used mine for more than a year with teflon and I haven't seen any particles come out from it. So I don't think that's normal. I use Eva bottle water to fill the water tank because it has zero minerals which I assume is what is causing the particles in yours. Avoid tap water as much as possible.

@AnthizoDesigns3 ай бұрын
Yes. It actually gets really hot especially when it's been used for hours at a stretch. I always use the lowest heat and turn it off immediately after use so it can start cooling down before I need to use it again.

Good evening, please after drafting i noticed the bust and hip measurements is more than my actual measurements. How do i make adjustments for this?
@AnthizoDesigns10 ай бұрын
The bust measurement is a bit bigger to accommodate for the sleeve, so that there is some ease when moving the arm. As for the hip measurement, you can do away with adding 2-5cm on the front and just use the quarter hip measurement. Also, when you want to join the front and back, measure the bust, waist and hip to see what you have as your seam allowance. Then you can sew as normal.

Thank you so much for this tutorial. Have watched Part 1 as well. Can't wait to try it out. Just one thing though, the 2 cms taken in at the Center Back Waist, isn't it too much, as in, will it be a problem when attaching the zipper? I usually take 0.5/1 cm in. Just asking 😊 please reply
@AnthizoDesigns Жыл бұрын
The 2cm is part if the excess for waist reduction. So it won't affect the zipper. You will need to be a bit patient with attaching the zipper because of the curve, but other than that, there wouldn't be any problems

@@AnthizoDesigns The Front waist length From shoulder to waistline not nape to waist
@AnthizoDesigns2 жыл бұрын
The front length to waist is taken from the N.P, which is the highest point of the shoulder or the nape. When drafting your pattern, you will notice that there is a shoulder slope at the shoulder point or end of the shoulder line. So take your measurements from that highest point of the shoulder and the pattern will take care of the rest.

It can work for almost every size. The average shoulder length is 12.5cm or 5inches. Although, it is still very important to take the measurement of the person just to be sure.

Hello You said for the SP we should use 12.5cm standard... So we should ignore the shoulder size chart for all sizes?
@AnthizoDesigns2 жыл бұрын
When drafting the pattern, you should use 12.5 cm to get your shoulder point. The average woman's shoulder length is 12.5 cm or 5 inches. If you think you should increase or reduce the length, then do it after drafting the standard pattern. But personally, I've never had issues regarding the shoulder length even when the person has half an inch difference. You can test your patterns and see what needs adjustments.
