Daft Punk took their second album Discovery (their best album) and gave Toei animation 1.2 million to animate the entire album. There's no dialogue but it gives crazy meaning to all the songs that are already perfect. It was directed by Kazuhisa Takenouchi who directed a few Dragon Ball projects.

After MBDTF was so rich and diverse in sounds, the contrast to Yeezus is very extreme. He uses a very minimalist sound effectively by working a lot with distortion in this album. Hence, the cover. The cover is a picture of the Yeezus CD-minimalist to the core. But the this is just one of the ideas behind it.
