Just got my Babybay but I’ve had nothing but problems since ordering from here and the customer service has been the definition of unprofessional. I’m so disappointed and 2 weeks out from my due date. Poor packing, missing and damaged items in the box, replacement items lost in transit and being told I need to do the legwork to make claims and call the shipping service, then telling me the information I received was wrong and to continue to call Babybay back to update them. Oh by the way, the items missing from my order are now out of stock. To top it all off Babybay has a restrictive 14 day return policy with a 30% restocking fee. So I’m unable to return and now stuck with an expensive bassinet that’s less than I ordered. All of this, going back and forth for weeks and not even an apology from customer service, and zero attempts to make up some of the negative experience. I won’t even get into the details about our trips to the hardware store to replace the included aluminum allen key bolts that are suppose to hold this thing together and impossible to securely tighten - you would think for this price they would include steel screws that can be tightened with a screw driver. Not worth the money and if anything goes wrong don’t expect friendly or professional support.

Are these two separate cribs attached together?

Once baby is pulling up, can the mattress level be brought down to make it a crib?
