I quit smoking in 2010, and discovered it was most definitely psychological, as the need for nicotine went after a week! It was the habit that took hold. And 2 things jumped out at me after I'd stopped. 1. How bloody stupid I was! And 2, just how selfish I was to subject other people to the effects of my bad habit! Smoking is a lifestyle choice not a right. It benefits no one but tobacco companies and governments. And no one has the right to pollute the lungs of others. But until the tobacco companies are held to full account and politicians stop taking backhanders, then nothing is going to change. Now all I've got to do is lose some weight! But hey, its easier to lose the pounds/kilos than it is to reverse the effects of smoking etc. Stop if you can! It really is so liberating! 👍🙏⚖️🙏🕊️

I'm not arguing with anyone else, it's more like an inner conflict. Why would I remember anything that happened decades ago and brings me pain? Simple words of wisdom, " Move on! Leave the past in the past ".

You are powerful. I always keep it 300 with you. I've been reliving trauma from my teenage years and I'm like why? Someone suggested that my ancestors are trying to protect me, making me not repeat mistakes that caused near fatal injuries. Could also be PTSD resurfacing. You know I got injured by a bus, permanent nerve damage in my foot. All my martial arts knowledge is useless if I can't stand firmly and secure. A slight push, and I'll hit the ground.
