I loved watching this video, it made me wish that I had known about this exhibit at the time so I could have checked it out. I’ll admit I’ve always simply found crocodiles scary, but this video made me realize the young crocs are surprisingly cute! I think it’s interesting that juveniles are responsible for hunting for their own food, even as they still need to be protected by mom. While I would still never want to encounter one in the wild, this video made me appreciate a crocodiles’ role in their ecosystem a bit more.

Living so close to Kensington and knowing the issues those in the area are facing is hard. There is such validity in becoming desensitized to it until it's someone you know. I personally have known people that find themselves there and it's rock bottom for a lot of them. Its terrible.

What an educational video. It's really important to not only highlight the drug usage in Kensington, but also hear from residents the way that outsiders can influence the change that needs to happen with addiction and homelessness in the area as well.

As you watch this educational movie, you begin to appreciate all the important things your parents have given you, like a place to live, food, and clothes. Things start to make sense when you think about the hard times some people are going through. It's very upsetting to hear about what goes on in Kensington. I'm glad to hear that people are trying to help homeless people get off the streets and into better housing while also treating them. I have no personal ties to either Kensington or the drug problem, but I have learned about them through the news and by keeping up with current events. I agree with the judge that more people should be able to get help and that medical and treatment places should be available. I believe that the best way to deal with these problems is to help the people who are having them. This means giving them more access to care and other kinds of help as well.

I have never been through the Kensington area but I have always heard of the rampant drug abuse there. I have noticed drug abuse creeping into even the "nicer" areas of Philadelphia, and this video shows how prevalent this issue really is. I found an Instagram account dedicated to finding missing people who are suspected to be living in Kensington and other similar areas, and it was very jarring to see how different these people looked before they went missing and after they were spotted again, and to know that these people have loved ones who are looking for them. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to escape this lifestyle when it has taken over your community. With more accessible rehabilitation programs hopefully it will no longer be possible for entire communities to fall victim to drug addiction such as in Kensington.

I've long been aware of the difficulties Kensington locals endure. There are several reasons why combating the opioid crisis is so difficult, particularly in areas like Kensington. in my opinion, this was a pretty well-done 4-minute video that demonstrated the issue in great detail and provided several remedies. It was also very direct and to the point. To be honest, this is one of the finest drug addiction films I have ever seen on KZbin it delves into reality an to the point descriptions

I think it is upsetting to see how drugs like heroin can corrupt a person's life. I heard from the news that Kensington is struggling with these issues currently. Also, it is unfortunate for children coming back from school to see drugs addicts on the sidewalk. However, in Kensington the community are finding ways to help them. For example, Ana Jacobs helps addicts get into rehab centers.

I agree, the administration should spend a week in the SHU. I also think the plant managers of the auto industry and manufacturing plants should work a week on the line so they realize what happens to your body when they set unrealistic production goals. Not the same thing but I recently worked on a production line for two months and it nearly killed me. Then again im 60 lmao. The last time i worked in a factory i was 40 but i was popping norcos all day and never felt a thing

This video is devastating to watch, but it is beautiful to see the community come together to spread awareness and discuss ways to support the crisis. More attention is needed in the community as well as addiction support.

No made guy ever heard of John Alite. He never interviews with any made guys from his time. Look at the other KZbin interviews, the real guys talk with other made guys and swap stories. This guy never does because he's not real.

When watching this educated video, you start to ackowledge all of the important things your guardian's have provided for you such as a shelter, food, and clothes. You start to realize the struggles some people go through in life and start to take them into consideration. Hearing about what goes on in Kensington is truly upsetting and I'm glad to hear that people are attempting to get homeless people off the street and put into a better place along with providing treatment.

As a younger brother 2 addicts that I've watched struggle for my entire life, this video hits incredibly close to home. I grew up outside of Philadelphia, so my brothers were constantly in and out of Kensington getting themselves in situations that not only harmed them but affected myself and the rest of my family. Unfortunately we lost our oldest Brother to heroin, and it's incredibly disheartening to see so many other families have to go through the same hardships. 4 years later and this video is still accurate to the conditions of Kengsington.

This video is as real as it gets. Opioid addiction has had a devastating impact on my life. I have never been on drugs but regardless of that it has claimed the life of 3 family members of mine. This is something that is tearing families apart. Losing family members to this has changed my outlook on this and encouraged me to go into drug addiction & rehab services with my nursing career. If I can help in anyway I feel I am doing my part somehow and this helps me heal inside as well.

As an actor-writer-and soon to be budding director and executive producer. I applaud this kind of work. However…..the dialogue changed from the original. And that’s good, but you desperately needed to go over your sets. Not to mention, have your actors work and practice more

Videos like this are always so hard to watch. I've personally never known someone who had a drug problem but knowing that the people in this video are someones friend or family is just heartbreaking. I've been through Kensington a few different times and it's just sad and honestly scary to see how many people drugs affect each and every day. I'm so glad that there is people out there doing something about it and trying to help the best they can.

This is a major issue in the city of Philadelphia. When the guy said you get used to the drug infested environment, it’s true. The few people I know who lived there said the exact thing. I went to Kensington one time to help a friend move out and the atmosphere was very depressing. It was the summer time and I had sandals on. Everyone was telling me to put sneakers on so I wouldn’t step on a dirty needle. That didn’t even cross my mind on the way down there. People do drugs in plain daylight in front of children and nothing is done about it. It was needles and blood on the ground everywhere. It seemed so surreal and it’s sad that people have to live like that. I hope the people who are on drugs can get the help they need, and the city implements ways to clean the area up.

As a sister who regularly goes to Kensington, it is extremely scary with the pervasive drug addicts and violence in the community. I am extremely scared for my two young nephews that grow up in the area. Many people do not understand what it is like living in Kensington so the awareness of this video is amazing !

It is sad to say but it is true, it doesn't truly hit home until your life is affected by it. The situation in Kensington is deeply saddening, anyone of those people could be a family member or friend and to watch people fall so low hurts.
