Might be an ingredient or fragrance allergy. I use vanicream Facial moisturizer Broad Spectrum spf 30. Mineral sunscreen with ceramides. Has no fragrance

Thank you so much for sharing this. I am a longtime sufferer of eczema, who’s skin, and face has been damage from excessive use of cortisone creams. I when decided to stop using these medicated creams and went on this self discovery (adventure !! ). To find out what works best for my skin and so far it’s paid off to where I don’t use Cortizone, medicated, creams, at all. By just simply changing, the way, i use moisturizing, and cleaning bath products. By using alternative non-chemical products like you just mentioned? has helped me , repair and return my skin back to its clear state, by changing from harsh soap like, ivory to a Jurgen’s mild soap, that is literally called Jurgen’s mild soap…!! To using organic exfoliating bath gloves, which are way better than rags since they hold bacteria. This information you put out, will only strengthen what I’ve done so far, thank you so much.

I didn't! But I would recommend it for the rope climb since your hands get pretty tired, plus the ropes get super muddy. So getting gloves would really help with the grip.

This parka is beautiful! A bit dressier than the average parka. I just ordered this in black. I have the Artic Northface parka and I don’t like the way it looks. It’s also only 550 full. I am going to try to sell it lol. Good review! Thank you!

It’s held up pretty well! There’s only a little bit a pilling where my boots chafes, but that’s my bad 😞 otherwise, hand wash and air-drying kept them up in good condition. Hope that helps!

Hi I’m Jenay I’m 54 and about to do my first Spartan Dekafit, I did my first Spartan Sprint in Sept. 2018and I loved it.It was in a stadium,lots of steps “easy”. I wore a cyclists shirt with the three pockets in the back where I carried my weightlifting gloves that when I need them I can keep running and reach back and get them 😉🤩 and the fabric was so breathable that it felt like I was wearing nothing but my sports bra.So if you don’t have one of those shirts just stick one glove under each shoulder strap of your sports bra and no shirt for easy transition in getting to those gloves and make sure they go in a spot that is tight but comfortable. Work on your grip strength,do dead hangs not just pull ups.Thank you for your video😍🤗
