Damn, this piece always hits me like a brick. Always wanted to serve, wasn't able to for personal reasons but this piece gives me chills everytime I hear it and imagine what it is like. The whole intro for the Pacific with the drawings is fantastic. God bless you veterans, we are all Americans and I for one cannot forget the sacrifice you made, giving up the prime of your youth to serve and not seeing your family and friends for years. I was in awe and moved with this masterpiece! I’m no musician at all, I just like music overall and my mind was so blown away and puzzled how did they come up or compose with such a music piece like this? If I were the composer I’d be so proud especially if it’s dedicated to war heroes! THIS MUSIC SO GLORIOUS!

Listening to this music makes me cry a lot and I feel a lot of pain, I don't know why it happens, and its voice directly touches the heart, it feels like I have a lot to say, I don't know what, but I have to say it. 😭😭😭

Every time I hear that song. I think of my mom's brother, who was on Guadalcanel during WWII, as a Marine. It brings me joy and sadness at the same time knowing what was given in blood, sweat, and tears to take that island. Thank You, for that beautiful song 🎵 ❤️
