What is the winrate of this deck? There are many decks that are good and can sometimes win 8 cubes, but their overall performance drops significantly, especially when the RNG once again fails to draw one of their key cards.

Replacements for Nico and iron lad?

I would say, every other good 1 drop is a good replacement for nico. Dunno if you really can replace Iron Lad, because he is so good an many ways or bad, in some other (like getting a Mystique too early or an Ultron)

any 3 cost tech would do. having shaw, brood, wong and mystic makes the deck rlly aggressive but also extremely vulurnble to counters like chi. There is no shame is running a more control and consistent surfer comp
