I'm confused at 3:10. It is said here that positive twist numbers are right handed, but from what I have learned, positive (clockwise rotation) is left handed. Are positive twist numbers just an indicator of negative supercoiling therefore of right handed (anticlockwise) rotation?

I kept looking up myself for an answer, but all papers and institutions digress. Some say that left-handed twisting is negative supercoiling, whilst other say that it is the right-handed twisting.

University or college theke ei subject a campassing hoi na.. but course ta valo.. in future job pete or research a jete problm hobe na.. buy sill in my opinion pure Biotechnology nia porata better as medical biotechnology narrow field hoa jai. But only Biotechnology thakle future a j kono field a jete subidhe hobe..
