Makes sense! I've transitioned from one career where I was at hotels, to now doing a lot of housesitting - I'll be in the SF Bay area! Oct & Nov (4x in 2017) - and most of the time have excellent internet, just need to make sure I have access to the modem for a direct ethernet connection.

Hi Joe! Incomplete lessons are when the teacher doesn't show (you had to cancel) and student no-shows are covered at 50% or 100% pay depending on the type of class (trial or MC). Happy teaching!
