This home sold some time ago. But it's on Tellico Lake, in Tellico Village, in Loudon, Tennessee.

I use to pass that house almost everyday. I've always wondered what it looked like on the inside. Very nice home. Windriver is a really nice place. If I ever hit win the lottery, I'm definately going to have a home built there. Nice video!

It was listed for sale on 09/03/2021 for $1,650,000. I went under contract on 09/10/2021. And closed on 09/24/2021 with a final sale price of $1,825,000.
