I am 47, and beat fairly decent from 21 years in the Army. Climbers were killing me and I went to a saddle. I never wrapped my brain around that one rope holding me up there so I sold it to my buddies kid lol and went back to a summit viper. As of today, sold the summit (again) and ordering the Tethrd Ultralock starter kit. You can climb up and down and move over and over if needed. Truly a great product and being able to shoot 360* outweighs my irrational fear of falling. You "cant" fall

A good idea is to only attatch the top of the backstop so the bottom swings back instead of damaging arrows on an abrupt stop

I'm not feeling it. All the gear , the pack, it's out in the open. No cover. How many times have you spooked your buck before you even got your bow in hand. Crossing your bow over those ropes can't be comfortable. No I'll stick to my climber. Anyways..... Good luck this season!

I’d just hunt off the ground if you ain’t getting higher than your feeder pointless
@ThrillSeekerOutdoors2 ай бұрын
You realize some areas getting 20ft is pointless bc you cannot see anything nor have a shot at anything this was 12ft any higher would have been 0 shot opportunity towards the feeder and we were hunting hogs anyways

That is actually a back tension release that most have given up on and use it the wrong way, so they renamed it a hinge. It’s not supposed to be used like that. Just sayin. I used a back tension for many years. It’s hard work but nothing is better. Forcing it to go off is a crime in my book.

Are you having to consciously command the rotation as another mental thought while trying to concentrate down range Or are you just pulling thru? On my Carter Total Control I have the click then it’s fairly cold to the break. Has two moons for adjusting to suit my style. This way after the click I do not have to change my mental focus from the target back to my hand for any command to rotate or whatever to make it fire. I can just keep pulling with my back muscles in one continuous subconscious automatic movement while all my visual and mental focus is on the target.
