@@ladyintheskyuk They normally leave at first light. I think the fog delayed them. I will get up at dawn one morning to capture them leaving in the sunlight

I wanted to try to capture the sheer size of the fields of sunflowers. Today was very windy so I couldn't risk flying too low and close to the flowers

My God, thank you so much for uploading this. A lifetime of wanting to see High Island and I always wondered how in the hell a person could land a boat there. Those monks were hardy men! How did to manage to land? Is it a steep climb up?

It is very hard to get onto, but definitely worth it. There is no landing area or shore. There are 2 or 3 areas where you can clamber from a small boat onto the rocks ( can be slippery) and this can only be done on a calm day because you need as little swell as possible. In one spot there is a rope that you can use to climb up after you get on. It is quite steep and that rope does not go right down to the sea level. My brother's childhood friend had always wanted to get onto High Island. That day, we went out on a Rib, and then used paddle boards for the final part which can be seen around 3:25 mark. You can also clamber where those rocks jut out, but then you have a bit of climbing to do, and no rope. Local knowledge is a must because if you do get on, you need to be careful not to fall off the cliffs and they are far more spectacular than the huts.
