After watching your video, I realize that I wasn’t stabilizing the talus and that’s why I couldn’t get the calcaneal adjustment to work correctly like that. Good stuff. Thank you for posting.

Sometimes when my foot gets wet in cold and rainy weather, my toe will get cramped and will form a 'V' or peace sign. Lol. It's painful but hard to be relieved.

thank you ! Normally, the gluteus maximus as well as the contralateral lumbar erectors activate early in the movement. Janda suggested that a normal pattern of activation during prone hip extension is the hamstrings followed by the gluteus maximus followed by the contralateral erector spinae followed by the ipsilateral erector spinae

@anneliolsson31 but 37 is a little too wide for me, and 36 is a little tight but not too much. And 36 doesn't hurt that bad.

I wanted to share that I resolved this condition by eliminating all B6 from my supplements and ceasing to eat fortified products. There is now science that shows Vit B6 causes Neuropathy. When I began taking those supplements that contained B6, my nerve pain returned on the other side. Eliminating the supplements resolved the complaint.
