What do Korean potato stems taste like? Raw, they taste similar to celery and have a similar celery crunch. Boiled, they are softer and have, only, a slight taste like celery. They may be loaded with fiber. Korean sweet potatoes are the most flavorful, sweetest of all sweet potatoes. The Japanese sweet potato may be closely related.

Maam, question po. For sweet potatoes, need po ba may sprout na ng roots ung stem ng sweet potato bago itanim, or kahit wala pang roots pwede na? Kasi we try planting it without roots sprouting, ung stem lang talaga tinusok directly sa cultivated soil. After 2 days kasi para na silang bulok na dahon nakasandal sa lupa.

I planted Korean sweet potatoes in pots but somehow they took over my entire yard lol. I live in south Florida where they never stop growing. Now I know what to do with the stems. Thank you. 🙏💛

You can cook the leaves too! I watched a Chinese recipe where they cooked the stems and leaves together. First blanched the stems, removed the outer covering, then sauted them for 3 minutes before adding the leaves to the mix and cooked like the above recipe.

Thank you for you nice and clear vedio, my question is, you have waited 3 month till they reviewed you application right?. And then they decided your exam interview after 1 month from that time. like 3 month (review documents)+ 1 month until interview right?. and my second question for the reading part, can you still answer from the paper, like do they keep the article with you , and why it was so many paper, isn't has to be only one article?

Why do you have to peel the stems? Is the skin toxic? Not edible? Difficult to chew? Or does it just taste bad?

Why do you have to remove the skin? Is it unhealthy for you to eat? I would like to add sweet potato leaves and stems to the food I cook for my dogs by pureeing it all in a food processor before cooking. Can I just leave the skin on?
@rebeccaspratling2865 Жыл бұрын
I think it's for texture. The texture is much better when the skin is removed.

I'm really struggling to prepare for the interview. I can't read korean and not good at studying any tips. Should I spend more time on learning the alphabet or just focus on listening ? Please guide me .
@filipinakoreana12302 жыл бұрын
Each person has their own different way to learn fast. For me, I talked with my husband and we agreed that we should stop using English as our mode of communication but instead, use Korean. It was difficult at first but after a year, I have improved a lot. It also helps to talk to locals. 😊 I hope you find value.
