In recent years I've had to remind myself to do slow deep breathing exercises, for a minute or so, now and then because I know it helps when ever I might feel anxious or a little stressed. 🇬🇧☮️

Love this. I think the sigh out loud does something. I discovered this a while ago and started doing it one day and felt it was relieved stress, but I forgot about it until this video :) It might be something to do with the vagus nerve etc which I was looking into at the time. I was reading somewhere that people who do voice training to sing tend to have less stress or it's good for general health (can't remember exactly what it said, but anyway it was something positive). Probably their body doing sound healing from the inside. It's nice to see you again and thanks for the videos.

Thanks for commenting, and you are most welcome! Try humming to songs that you like, notice how it feels in your chest. Your hum is unique to you and can calm the entire body. You can hum during a meditation as well - or chant, if you like. The key is to feel it in your chest. Let me know how you make out!

I love this. I think I get it mostly when it comes to self-talk. These days I'm trying to come up with a way to neutralize comments of others who could be a bit rude, I mean basically not let them get to me. For example someone said to me the other day "you're the anxious type". This can be true sometimes maybe but I think on the whole I'm a calm person. The person who said it doesn't know me and said it based on 1 conversation. I tried to be light-hearted about it at the time, but my inner self wasn't happy about it & still isn't really. Words can really affect us (I hope that's not an affirmation in itself... It seems to be a truth).

Yes, your words do affect you. Thoughts and words change into emotions and vibrations if they are repeated enough. A different question would be - why are you letting the opinions of another affect you? Even if it was based on one conversation where you were uncomfortable. You stated you were uncomfortable, Be okay with that. You do not need to justify your feelings in that regard. Accept and release (stop thinking about it). Another person's comments are (1) a reflection of what they think they are seeing in you;, and (2) a reflection of what they have experienced in their life and how they see what they have experienced. You can choose to be the "receiver" of those reflections; or, you can choose to be the mirror and allow their reflections to return to sender. (A mirror does not receive, it can only be the image of that which is presented to it.) I hope that helps. Let me know. Blessings 🙏

That's a good visual, a mirror that reflects it back as a kind of shield. This was a group situation so others heard it which kind of multiplied it (I'm no longer in the group, so that's good). But, I have experienced similar before where it's just me and one other person. But I get what you're saying, it's inner work and being present. Thank you 🙏

Unless you are resisting it, for example: your manifestation is "I want to enjoy a dinner out with friends" is perfect . . . . until you add a thought similar to "but everyone is so busy right now" or "eating out has become so expensive" . . . . Either of those thoughts will slow down you manifestation, which means that friend that woke up this morning thinking of taking you out to dinner may end up delaying calling you for a day or even a week. What is your challenge this week? What is that small thing you want to manifest?

Please let me know how long you have been working with Law of Attraction and manifestation. The very first step is to write down your dream and tuck it away in a little box or in a book or somewhere safe. The very next thing to do is to start noticing your thoughts. We think all day long, but we do not often pay attention to the thoughts and yet they control a lot of what we do. It takes a little practice, but you can do it. You will know you are making progress when you notice a thought and it appears to have come from someone else or when you wonder where it came from. Let's see if this helps, and please let me know if it does. Scientifically speaking, everything is always constantly in motion at a microscopic level, even what appears to be an inanimate object, like a rock, is always in motion. This can be referred to as vibrational. Using that analogy, when we speak of vibrational alignment, we are generally referring to how you are feeling. So if you are feeling good, you are on, or having, a good vibration; similarly, if you are feeling bad, you are on, or having, a bad vibration. When you are in vibrational alignment - everything works smoothly - for instance, your day goes well, you have good conversations, you notice (and appreciate) how nice the the birds sound when singing and how good the sun feels, how every bite of your meal is delicious . . . . in short, all the cells of your body are vibrating at the same frequency and having a grand time and you feel wonderful. It is easier to manifest when in this feeling. Does that help?

I find I have a difficult time doing things I used to really enjoy. I think it’s a transition bc Life has its ups and downs naturally. Right now it’s down so I’ll enjoy my depression and chuckle at What Is. But there is also grief to cry out and I’m so grateful I can cry now. I keep forgetting God has it all worked out for my best interests. ❤

I really appreciate the message in this video. I probably manifested seeing it today, because i know I'm obsessed with what i want and the idea of dropping it has been on my mind. Unfortunately I'm truly stuck. I'm reluctant to affirm this in writing. But this thing has consumed me for several years. Ouch. So my behaviors towards this topic are well entrenched. Obviously i need to detach for my own sanity, but i haven't been able to. What would you suggest as a strategy? Should i drown myself in other activities like gardening or reading? Because i know my brain is going to do its best to drag me back to churning over its favorite topic. Would be so grateful for any advice/ guidance. Tysm. 🎉 EDIT: apologies. I noticed you used the word "ouch" when referring to your timeline on manifesting your desires. Using that term suggests to me that you may be judging yourself a little bit, just a thought. If you are able to release the judgement behind not manifesting for however long the perceived time frame is, then things can also flow easier. Yes, your thought patterns will tell you that you "have" to do this and this - because you have always done whatever that is. Know that just because it always was, does not mean it always has to be. You are allowed to change things. Is it possible you can give yourself permission to let go of your manifestations and actions around them for a little while? Give yourself permission to garden, give yourself permission to dance, give yourself permission to have fun for a little while. Let me know what happens. If the practices you are using to manifest your desires are working for you, GREAT! Keep doing that! If the practices you are using to manifest your desires are NOT working - give it a rest for a week. The Challenge was to not think about that "thing" for just one week, and see what happens. Yes, you are powerful, we all are. However, if you feel like you are pushing on a door marked pull, something needs to change. Make sense?

You don't get what you "want" you get what you are. You get what aligns with your vibration. If you are constantly thinking & feeling that you WANT something you are coming from a vibration of lack and you don't vibrationally line up with that particular thing. This is why Yogis say "in order to manifest something you must already have it.... What that means is Go into meditation FEEL what it would be like if you already had that thing you want. Then continue to feel that way. You will attract that thing eventually thru your new vibrational state. If you maintain it long enough. Which you will... Thru FAITH. KNOW TO YOUR CORE THAT ITS COMING AND IT WILL. 🙏

@@AffectionateBrain-yf4sq Sometimes one cannot "feel" into their desires because they have been "trying" too long. Hence, the suggestion of letting it go for a week. When you release the desire and focus on the other things in your life that raise your vibrations, the vibration of what you desire will come to you more easily and thus manifest more easily. One purpose of meditation is to find a neutral place or vibration so that things can become for clear for you.

Thank you, thst was so helpful. I'm feeling stressed about lack of money and credit card bills but at the same time i I know I can turn it around if i think the right way. I keep trying to catch my thoughts and flip them, believing that if I think positively then that is what will manifest. 🙏

So glad you found it helpful! Money is one of the greater stressors in our lives because of advertising, thought patterns generated by others, what we have been told over the years, and as long as we focus on the lack of it, that is all we can see. What else in your environment to you have a lot of . . . . water, air, dishes, clothes, plants, etc. - look around and see what you have "more" of and enjoy that. Make sense?
