Although I'm definitely there with you for an official remake, the mod I use in this video can go up to 4K internal resolution and runs at 60fps. The only downside is that its aspect ratio is locked in 4:3, I would have liked to have tested 16:9, etc, without having to crop the overscan.

yeah I do here and there, but a retro classic like this deserves more screen time 😉. if I was playing something like bf or cod then its the way I would play 😃

@onlee49ers76 from rocky 2 he turns into a switch hitter using both hands. In rocky 3 he's in orthodox stance and takes lang out with a right hand in the end

@@TigerFury depends on pc specs , i actually had the hardest time getting PS2 and GameCube to work on my PC and my PC can run quite few heavy games , i mean i guess PC today should handle it but my pc was built in mid 2010's and working great and play the games i HAVE so not looking to upgrade but man i just could not get that ps2 to run , i was proud to buy a ps2 through ebay got a good deal got Scarface with it and price of that game alone was a steal , 2 controllers and a memory card for 90 bucks! why this long comment well after that one first games i bought was ROCKY cause this game is AWESOME!

@UnKnown-br1lp sorry for late reply, mid 2010's pc should be enough. I have an older build pc can't fully remember the specs as it just used as a media server now but has something like 8gb ram, gtx 970 and i think amd 8350 cpu. This ran ps2 games in 720-1080p perfectly, it might just be a config error or something not setup up right. I love original hardware but playing these games in an emulator offers a lot of great enhancements. If I was you I'd think about upgrading to even a basic rtx, a more modern cpu like even a ryzen 1800x that won't break the bank but will give you a half decent boost in performance. It would probably cost about £200-£300 don't know what that would be in USD but it's a small price to pay for the benefits 😉

@MichaelNaeyaert has my vote for any platform on current gen. If they remade this with slightly better graphics and maybe added an online multiplayer I would lose many hours to this game again. I liked the reboot but I think the classic is better 😃

Seen quite a few on copies on eBay, You can play it on PS2, GameCube and OG Xbox. You can also play it on PC using an emulator but I can't link how to do that on here.

Its whatever the default difficulty is, medium perhaps.

@johnmac-xz9rd really? Didn't you ever try any of the fight night games? They are pretty good and improved versions of knockout kings. I would suggest trying undisputed as well, it's not perfect but a decent experience

hi I have a bigbox (launchbox) machine. It uses the pcsx2 emulator which gives you the ability to increase the internal resolution and add other enhancements to PS2 games. which is the best option in my opinion. if your a fan of the classic console there are adapters you can buy that will upscale and produce what you see here but most of these adapters claim to upscale but don't. There is some adapters that can do this but I believe they can be quite costly. The mClassic Pixel Enhancer is one known to be legit but requires a few convertors as well. so there is a few solutions hope this helps.
