Crazy how they don't do buy to let mortgages, most people will be renting their property out when they are not there. Surely the banks can see that's extra security if the property can generate a rental income?

Again, all major Insurance Companies have pulled out of Florida! There is no way to insure anything you buy and Hurricane season gets longer every year! Investing any money in the United States of Hate given the current fiscal and political situation is just plain irresponsible! But hey if you have a couple hundred thousand Pounds to waste??? Then have fun!

Please, please can this property feature on an A Place in the Sun: Revisited (as in the TV programme). It’s by far and away the best property ever featured on the show and I’m desperate to see what they’ve done with it, particularly the outside space. As Mark says, there’s so much potential there. I’ve watched APITS for years and this was the only episode where the property bought was BETTER than the ‘luxury’ property featured.

What wonderful, positive women 😊 Dead ringers for their Spanish mother, who must have been a ‘gitana’ for sure! Instead of picky, negative participants who seem to find fault with everything, these loved every house, warts and all 😂, and found their dream home ❤ For sure their mother was there with them 😊 Greetings from a Swede in Sevilla!

Watching your video was really interesting. I did something similar to you. I up and packed my house up, shipped it to Italy and that was it. And the pandemic kept me inside. lol Amazon was my friend. I had loads of wine , Aperol, Prosecco etc sent to my house. I expected the garbage pick up man to leave the address of the nearest AA. Best decision I ever made. I live in Abruzzo, but North east of you. I live sort of near Ikea. in Chieti. I live in Tocco da Casauria. I hope you have found your pace here now. and that you are extremely happy and settled. I am always up for meeting and having a spritz or a coffee. Katie
