Done my drivers side a few months ago and worked perfectly.today needed to do the passenger side and when tried to operate the window,the window only goes just under half way down and when I wind it up it goes all the way and then moves 6” back as if there is something is in its way… Any idea what I have done wrong?

Just finished replacing my front driver side, exactly as the video shows. No problems at all:)

Unfortunately I cannot provide positive feedback about this product. It failed in less than 2 years of service on Audi TT 8J. The cable is torn, the same way as original was. Difference is that original served 10 years and this one way shorter. :(

Helped me a lot. Cable was very hard to get on the last roller, I just kept moving the glass clamps up and down until finally it we took over the lip.
