Thanks for putting this online! Please post to other platforms, as YT doesn’t like anyone talking about Covid alternatives.

Makes sense......in fact most severe and deceased patients during the delta variant (the most lethal one) were obese individuals and diabetics. Obese and diabetic individuals obviously display a dysregulated metabolism, in which mTOR is mainly activated and autophagy is deactivated.

I remember from years ago, that astrocytes can be affected aversely by the toxic metal lead. Is there toxicology literature suggesting that the AQP4 distribution can be shifted by lead. I believe there is substantial research demonstrating that stores of sequestered lead in bone can become mobilized when physiologic stresses of old age, illness, or pregnancy cause need for calcium to be sought quickly, and lead can come into soft tissue once again with the calcium. Lead can damage membranes like the BBB by per oxidation of lipids. Can the lead then have access to the astrocytes to damage them? If they get damaged, can lymphatic bathing by CSF be reduced enough to restrict clearance of some of these proteins that may be mis-folded?

Malaria is a tropical disease common in Sahara and Sub sahara regios. Its presence in pregnancy is an alarming sign and we need to treat it as an emergency after counting its number on thick and thin film. I we have more than 2 % parasites positive of thic k and thin film , that show that may be this patient has got severe Malria. It also depend upon the clinical features and signs and symptoms of Malaria as well.
