@LTMusic92 at the moment I'm working on love story by taylor swift. I'm struggling with adding emotion i think
@LTMusic92Ай бұрын
@@sophiaternan-ef2jw o yea I struggle with emotion as well..n Taylor swift doesn’t have a lot of body in her vocals..I recommend listening to some R&B singers like Toni Braxton and Anita baker.

Ikr! I used to not do the exercises n just immediately go on to the high notes n then i was straining badly! But now a days i do it i still strain my voice it's better ofc but it helps to sing some techniques. ✨ Do u do the exercises from low to high 9n the keyboards or nah u just do it as confortable as u want? 🤔 💚
@LTMusic92Ай бұрын
i typically practice using a keyboard but i have guided exercise tracks.. I will work on some new videos breaking down famous singers vocal techniques

Vocal fry is also used in a lot of metal! It's what produces the harsh sound without actually damaging a persons voice. :)

Sing the chorus of Crying by Don McLean, but do it near the top of your range. Don't worry about staying in the key of the song. And there, you'll find your cry voice. It's in the top 3rd of 'Crying'. Like an upside down Nike logo. At the top of the swoosh.
