im 12 over here and trust me when i tell you: -use hair growth oil ( like rosemary) -use hair masks and conditioners ( without silicones and all that bad stuff in them) -dont brush your hair harshly! dont tug either - try to not do tight hairstyles or use bad hair things in general

Hi, i am also 12 - brush the ends of your hair first and slowly start brushing higher and higher - as the first person stated, use a good conditioner or hair mask that strengthens your hair if it is thin - If you feel like you Wanna use a hair oil, try doing a hair porosity test, you can just Search for a vid that shows you What that is, it’ll show you the best hair oils for your porosity - if you have little knots or tangles in your hair, don’t brush them out from the top or start tugging, be gentle - overall be gentle with your hair - your hair porosity will also tell you a lot more about how to care for your hair, just search it up on KZbin or anywhere else
