She was always the best singer out of both of those Girls,& I’m glad to see that she’s still here with us. All I remembered was she sued them and moved on. We expected her to release solo Music, but a part of me felt deep in my spirit that it wasn’t going to happen. Most Artists who leave groups don’t do that when it’s expected.

I believe them. Naturi was likely being kicked out because she wasn't fulfilling the stereotypical hood image that they wanted the dark skinned member to fulfill. If they were gonna kick her out because she's dark skinned they wouldn't have had a dark understudy for her like she said in another interview. The whole point of 3lw was that they were different colors and personalities. Naturi even talked about how they didn't think she was urban enough so clearly the problem wasn't her skintone but her not being a stereotype.
