We can see a similar concept in organizational budgets. If a department is allocated $1,000,000 but finds that it only spent $900,000 by the end of the year, it will often find a way to spend the 'extra' $100,000 so that their budget isn't decreased in the coming year. Additionally, Rabbi Finkel heads and maintains a Kollel in the Ezrat Torah neighborhood of Jerusalem. He also maintains a Free Loan Fund, helping countless poor families in Jerusalem. Rabbi Finkel is married to a daughter of Rabbi Naftoli Carlebach. A true tzadik and a living inspiration.
