My family and I made reservations to this “Resort Hotel” 6 MONTHS AGO (February 2023) for our Summer Family Vacation (August 2023) only to be give a 16 hour notice that my reservation was “Somehow Changed” (i.e. Down graded) and IF they were not able to “RESOLVE” the issue upon my arrival that I would be, “If this is not possible we will immediately process your refund.“ After 14 hours of travel, 4 hours waiting the hotel lobby, Contacting Hard Rock International Corp. Office, I was then provided a room for my family and I and promised a refund within 24 to 48 hours. It is now 7 days and counting, and several more attempts by me to contact Hard Rock International Corp. with promises of “Someone” contacting me to provide what they promised me in writing! A FULL REFUND!!!

not gonna lie good marketing, randomly got this as an ad, skipped it, then decided to search it up after the subliminal afterimage of the hardrock logo registered in my brain. Won't ever have the money to go to said resorts but at least the commercial was more entertaining than 90% of the chaff we have nowadays.
