lol, tesla never uses the word green, they use the word "sustainable" there is a difference, and no the most dangerous particles come from brake pads... but since EVs gave Regenerative braking, they almost never have to use physical brakes to the point its a safety hazard as rust builds on the disk from a lack of use so some EVs have a cleaning feature that engages brakes lightly lol.

@@miguellopez3392 EVs wear out tyres more than ICE cars, and the particulates from tyres are up there with the worst. Regenerative braking is not enough on its own, you still have to use the disk brakes. That you draw a distinction between "sustainable" and "green" is without a dounbt the funniest thing I've read in a long time.

@@starpawsy tire ware is 10% higher but brake pad ware is 1/3 of what it is in a gas car, so 3x the amount of the most dangerous pollutant a car can make.

@@miguellopez3392 Uhhh, tyre wear is a LOT more than 10%. A lot more. The car is nearly twice as heavy, and it's a more "wearable" tyre. And the acceleration is greater - all you EVangelicals yell about that. A LOT more than 10%. Your brake pad figures also need some credible sourcing.

@@starpawsy how much do you think the average EV weighs compared to the average car sold in the US? EV tires are also specifically made with harder rubber to ware less, they compensates the lower traction of these tires with software torque vectoring which eliminates tire spin.

Sorry, for some reason KZbin did not advise me of the comment... So, as you can imagine I'll go for the black myself. I had the bike 1 year and then changed it for a BMW F800GS. Naked wasn't at the end what I was looking for, specially for the air protection Si, català ;)
