Hey there! We all often feel like we are just taking up space here on earth! I know I have at some point in my life! But it is these times we should be in our knees asking God to help us or show us something! And we can’t get mad when God doesn’t show us what we want to see but we can praise him for showing us that we aren’t just taking up space on this watch that he created and put us on! If god thought you would just be taking up space he would have never even put you on the earth in the first time! I also know that in these times we should be praying, witnessing, and reading gods great word! @@zoegonczy7532 I have lost everyone who has meant anything to me, My oldest daughter age 10, 1999. My new wife age 29 2014. my only brother 56, 2010. My parents I was 8. My grandfather a year later. and my grandmother who was my mom. in 1997. I have no one. live in an old motel. and wait on His call. I am disabled and unable to do much of anything. DOC: I know exactly how you feel all the things you hoped where in store for you when you where a young man have proven not to be for you, You where sure they where the things that would give life it's meaning? You were always trusting and believing GOD would provide those things, and just plowing through and enjoying the process hasn't lead you where you thought it would. I feel like you in that I have no reason to be here, just taking up space, I think a lot of other people feel the same. But GOD also gave me a great sense of humor and I tend to laugh at myself in every situation and see the silliness of human emotions. Emotionalism plays with our sanity and causes sometimes terrible behavior. Reason is what we all need to rely on, that I believe comes straight from Prayer. Talking to JESUS tells me not to worry, HE is working on getting me there. But over a lifetime I have made many requests of HIM, some they are still working on. also there may be other things HE may still need for me to accomplish and I need to take care of in it's own time! I never thought of that before. Kinda makes me curious what I could ever do for JESUS! I Love HIM so! When you say you have Lost everyone you Love, where do you think they've gone? JESUS told a grieving parent "she is only sleeping" so we will only be sleeping as we await HIS return, and the GLORIOUS BATTLE that sets the UNIVERSE right and gathers GOD'S children all HOME! We are restored to all those we ever LOVED! That's when we will get to meet and know each other as brother and sister, and all the other billions that have Loved JESUS for and over thousands of years. People have asked what will we do in Heaven? Please Doc, try to dwell on the possibilities not the loss, try to make a better day in small ways for people sadder that you!
